• No returns on SALE items, jewelry, hats, blankets, purses, wallets, cosmetic bags, one-size belts, home decor, or anything bought with 20%+ discount
• Returns must be received within 10 calendar days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
• No exchanges—place a new order if you need a different size
• Shoes must be returned in original box + packed inside another box
