Heels N Spurs Return Policy

We hope you love every piece from Heels N Spurs, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

✅ Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted for refund to the original form of payment.

  • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted per item returned.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items

  • Bags, purses, and accessories

  • Items not in brand-new, unworn condition with original tags

Please do not return ineligible items—they will not be refunded or sent back.

📦 Return Window & Conditions

  • Eligible items must be received by us within 10 calendar days of your order’s confirmed delivery date (based on tracking information).

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.

  • We recommend using tracking when sending your return. If you’re returning fragile items, please consider purchasing shipping insurance. Heels N Spurs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the $5 per item restocking fee) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
